Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Vibe Vehicle Managment, LLC provides vehicle maintenance and care services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Vibe Vehilce Management, LLC provides scheduled and on-demand vehicle maintenance and care services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Registration Renewals 

  • Fuel Services

  • Oil changes

  • Car Washes

  • Tire rotations and replacements

  • Brake inspections and replacements

  • Battery checks and replacements

  • Fluid top-ups

  • General vehicle diagnostics

  • Exterior and interior cleaning and detailing

Specific services provided will be as agreed upon in the service order or service agreement.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date vehicle information. ( registration documents, insurance, owners DL, etc) 

  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location at the time of service.

  • Notify us of any known mechanical issues or safety concerns before service begins.

  • Remove all valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

 

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of [insert fee, e.g., $25].

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [list accepted payment methods]. Any unpaid invoices after [e.g., 14] days will be subject to late fees and possible service refusal until payment is received.

While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality, professional services, Vibe Vehicle Management shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or mechanical failures unrelated to services provided.

  • Damage or issues resulting from faulty parts supplied by the customer.

  • Delays due to factors beyond our control, including weather, third-party part delivery, or access restrictions.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or vehicle downtime.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

Insurance
[Your Company Name] maintains appropriate liability and garage-keeper’s insurance. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own vehicle insurance.

 

Third-Party Services

Where applicable, we may partner with third-party providers (e.g., tow services, part suppliers). We are not responsible for services or products delivered by third parties, though we strive to work with reputable vendors.
